The Visual Arts Student Association (VASA) at York University proudly presents HOLDING SPACE , Place, Relation and Belonging an annual exhibition at Gallery 1313 showcasing the diverse and vibrant works of emerging student artists. This dynamic show celebrates creative expression and offers artists a platform to share their unique perspectives with the community. Running from January 21 to February 1, HOLDING SPACE invites viewers to explore a spectrum of artistic voices. VASA is dedicated to supporting visual arts students through exhibitions, workshops, and events that foster artistic growth and collaboration.
Artists include Felicia Xiang , Halma Pardhan, Angelical Ferreira, Sofia Barbiero, Emily Slaght, Emily Pimentel , Dana Rhjinburger, Victoria Binetti, Sarah Mesker, Crow Dixon, Nathan Dennis, Andrew Setaih , Brinda Taneja, Nazain Kheradmand, Eza Swetiawen, Torrin Storr, Erica Rembecz, Grayson King and Pacia Gonzalez Zapata.
