The Governance Committee assists the Board of Directors to build and maintain a comprehensive and effective governance structure that oversees and manages the organization
Volunteers on this committee are responsible for developing the organization’s Strategic Plan, and are charged with regular reviews of PVAC’s bylaws, resolutions, policies, procedures, and reference materials to ensure they continue to support the Board’s objectives.
