Finance Committee

The Finance Committee assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to all key financial activities including:

  • Budgeting
  • Audit
  • Financial Reporting
  • Contract Management; and 
  • Investments

Members of this Committee should have a general knowledge of and familiarity with standard financial reporting documents, and be available to assist with their analysis. The Committee relies on a suite of service providers such as book-keeping, accounting, and auditing professionals to ensure that members are working within a supportive and educational environment.
