The exhibition, Impressions of Beauty expresses my awe and the beauty that I found in nature and with familiar objects in the home. I used the media of oil or acrylic to capture the perceptible colours and texture in order to create the intangible atmosphere or mood of the subject of the painting.  With each brushstroke and colour I attempted to create my impressions of beauty.
