About the exhibition:
Members of Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography are pleased to announce their presentation of two consecutive group shows at Gallery 1313 in conjunction with the Scotiabank CONTACT 2018 Photography Festival.
Spectra brings together works from 32 members of Gallery 44 in an exhibition that represents a variety of different photography concepts and techniques, celebrating the diversity of artistic practice and revealing the ways seemingly disparate work can intersect. Spectra is the spirit embodied by the community of Gallery 44.
Please join us at 7 pm on Thursday, April 26 and at 7 pm on Thursday, May 10 for opening receptions for each respective group show. Selected works from the show may be viewed at spectracontactphotography.com
