Expressionism and urban graffiti became an important inspiration during the painting process. I began to combine this with images of northern reserves. Also, the idea of preserving the environment and the expression of graffiti often come into conflict. These paintings seek to investigate both. There is the unifying theme of ecology and a growing sense of ecological catastrophe.
