Architecture Out of Time and Space: Paintings by Gregg Allan McGivern

Artist statement: Each panel has a different theme based on architectural structures, not only from various periods in history but also from my imagination. As human beings we bipeds and the most used form of ascending and descending short horizontal planes are stairs, therefore, I have joined the numerous structures with various shaped staircases thus creating an illusion of levels within the art.
