Pulvis, borrowing from the Latin root of ‘powder’ and ‘pulverize’ denoting dust, is a collection of recent work by Gustav Bulzgis, Jason Mendiola & Harmony McNish from the OCADU Sculpture/Installation program.

Throughout, the term acts as a floating signifier fluctuating between dust as the remnants of history, the layer of particulate accumulating in air filtration systems, the debris of a sudden event, the phonetic sibling of “pelvis”, and otherwise.

The exhibition will take place through March 15-26 and has been made possible by the generous support of the Nora Vaughan Bequest to OCAD University’s Sculpture/Installation Program.

Gallery Hours are Wed- Sat. 1-5pm Sunday 1-4pm
