I have been working as an illustrator, graphic designer and educator for over 15 years. I have decided to move back into the studio as a full time visual artist to pursue this research/visual art project. I attended the University of Manitoba, SoA, BFA Honours, 1991, and OCAD Universtiy, MDes, 2010. I am the graphic designer for the Winnipeg International Writers Festival. My illustrations have been published across Canada many print publications. A film of my illustrated pop-up book called, Pop-Up Porno premiered at the Sundance film Festival in 2014. I have taught as a sessional instructor full time at the University of Manitoba, SoA, graphic design, from 2014 to 2018. I teach drawing, illustration and graphic design at OCAD University.
